This version has ARServer and ARStudio running native for Intel processors. ARStudio has substantially improved stability. ARManager is still a PPC program. Expect ARManager to be converted to Intel for the next release.

Note that I am no longer supporting OS X 10.5 - this will be a 10.6 only suite of programs. It's just too much trouble for me as one programmer. As this is an open source project, any one interested can of course work on resolving 10.5 problems and I will happily roll the fixes into the code base.

Right now we are using an installation with ArSuite and a soundcard from DigiDesign but we are facing a lot of strange problems, the sound card only works in a few frequency rates and we still haven't been able to figure out how to get the sound card to start with ArSuite when we try to run it as a service...

Now we will buy some new equipment for an other installation with ArSuite and are asking what kind of soundcard that people can recommend and is tested together with Mac and ArSuite.

And another idea. When we come to the point of problem solution, instructions of uninstalling should immediately be written to the ARGuide.

I have no problem dialing from a Arstudio from another computer so the firewall and everything like that seems to work.

I must do it because from some day arstudio start but no sound from payer and the automation don't work.
It repeat only the first song but no sound.

I just have a problem that I can't solve: the browser of ARStudio do not show anything but my inputs. The browser of ARManager works perfectly, and the server can play all my files. I don't understand ?..? I join a screenshot to show you what's really wrong if I'm not clear :-)

When I configure the server / database (through ARStudio interface) I can see my Library and even rename it (it changes in ARMananger) so I'm sure the database is well configured. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I'd installed all fine. It work well but, when i go live, i have some problems:

- in mixer windows I have two mic inputs for live speacker and I use BCF2000 control surface.
When I play my queue I may see only 8 players of 10 that ar studio plays.
Is possible to set the max player to 6 or other than 10?

if I use only player, without mic input, is the same I see only 8 player in mixer and on the control surface... so the player 9 and 10 is not controllable.
